The creation of a refreshed identity, brand language and retail design to symbolise the changing face of Sberbank, Russia’s largest bank. All elements of the new brand identity relate to core values underpinning the Sberbank brand – retention of traditions, forward movement representing constant change, evolution and innovation and the warmth of human relationships. Eleanor was a Senior member of the design team, creating visual language and retail guidelines to support the identity, including typography, colour palette, photography and graphic devices. The new brand language fed the roll out of retail across Russia, including, fascia, way finding, ATMs, kiosks and interiors.
